Schedule a Tour

Everything you need.
All in one place.

Daily rhythms, communication, tuition, forms, the calendar, and the answers we already know you'll ask. Built for Grace families, current and future.

because raising kids is busy enough

You're not just dropping off a kid.
You're starting a relationship.

From the first tour to graduation, we want you to feel known — not handled. Dawn answers her own phone. Teachers know your child's quirks. Families know each other.

This page is the practical side of all of that: how the day flows, how we communicate, what enrollment looks like, what to do when something comes up. If you can't find what you need, just call us — that's not a fallback, that's the point.

The rhythm we keep

Every age group has its own schedule, but the predictable flow is the same — rest, play, learn, eat, repeat. Predictability is how little brains grow.

6:30 – 9:00 AM

Arrival & soft start

Drop-off, breakfast for those who need it, free play, and the kind of quiet greeting that helps kids settle. No rushed transitions.

9:00 – 11:30 AM

Learning blocks

Frog Street circle, small-group lessons, art, science, Handwriting Without Tears, outdoor play. The cognitive heavy-lifting happens here while energy is high.

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Lunch & quiet

Family-style lunch in the classroom, then full nap or rest time. We protect this window fiercely because tired toddlers don't learn anything.

1:00 – 3:30 PM

Afternoon enrichment

Wake up to snack, then specials — Birdie Buddies golf, Soccer Shots, music, outdoor play, story time. The day reaches its second peak.

3:30 – 6:00 PM

Wind-down & pickup

Free choice play, light snacks, parent updates posted, and the slow build toward home. Last pickup is 6:00 PM sharp.

How enrollment works

No high-pressure sales pitch. Just a clear path from "I'm curious" to "I'm dropping my kid off Monday morning."

1

Schedule a tour

Come in, see the rooms, meet the teachers, watch a typical morning. No appointment pressure — just walk through.

2

Join the waitlist

If you love what you see, we'll put you on the list for your age group. Some classrooms have immediate openings; others have a 2-6 month wait.

3

Enrollment paperwork

Once a spot opens, we send the packet — enrollment forms, health records, emergency contacts. Most families finish in under 30 minutes.

4

Welcome week

A gentle ramp-up: visit the classroom, meet the teachers in a low-key setting, and ease into the routine. We've done this hundreds of times — it's good.

Tuition — we quote tuition during your tour because it varies by age group, enrollment days, and any sibling or multi-day discounts you may qualify for.

We're consistently $200–$500/month less than the franchise preschools in Aledo for comparable programs — without skimping on anything that matters.

Questions we hear a lot

The shortlist of things every parent asks during a tour. If yours isn't here, just ask — we love getting into the details.

What ages do you serve?
Infants (6 weeks) all the way through Kinder Bridge (5–6 years). Five distinct age groups, each with its own classroom and curriculum tailored to that developmental stage.
What are your hours?
Open 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can drop off any time after we open; pickup must be by 6:00 PM.
Do you offer part-time enrollment?
We prioritize full-time enrollment because routine matters at this age, but limited part-time spots open up — ask during your tour.
What's your sick policy?
If your child has a fever over 100.4°F, has been vomiting, has had diarrhea, or has a rash we can't identify, they need to stay home. They can return after 24 hours symptom-free without medication.
Do you provide meals?
We provide morning snack, family-style lunch, and afternoon snack. Breakfast is available for kids who arrive before 8:00 AM. Lunch menus are posted weekly. Parents bring formula and baby food for infants under 12 months.
How do you handle naps?
Every age group rests after lunch. Infants nap on their own schedule. Toddlers through Pre-K have a dedicated rest period of 1.5–2 hours. Kinder Bridge has quiet time with books or quiet activities.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Fully licensed by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Inspection reports are on file and viewable on request, and online at the state's licensing portal.
Do you do potty training?
Absolutely. We work in partnership with parents on potty training in the Toddler and Preschool rooms. Consistency between home and school is everything — we'll match what you're doing.
What about discipline?
We use positive guidance — redirecting, modeling, problem-solving. We never use physical punishment, shame, or food/rest as discipline tools. When something serious happens, we talk to you about it the same day.
Can I drop in unannounced?
Yes — please do. Our doors are open to enrolled parents during operating hours. We have nothing to hide and a lot to be proud of.
