The role
Frog Street toddler curriculum. Language development, motor skills, beginning social skills, gentle predictable routines. Brightwheel parent communication. Strong director access.

Who we're looking for
- Loves the toddler teacher age group — not just tolerates it
- Leads with kindness as a default
- Texas HHS-compliant credentials (CDA, ECE coursework, or equivalent experience for the right person)
- Strong parent communicator — in writing and in person
- Reliable, consistent, present — consistency is the gift to young children
- Comfortable in a faith-based environment (no requirement to be religious, just at peace with the tone)
